Hi Everyone!

I took this photo last year and for the life of me, I can’t remember exactly where I took it. It was in DC while I was giving my friends a tour so I am assuming its close to the Lincoln Memorial.

I love black and white photography because it gives a photo so much more depth than a color one, in my opinion. Our minds are always so busy that when we have to process all those colors, we lose a lot of detail in the photo. Looking at the same photo in black and white you notice so much more that is going on in the image.

I hope you enjoy and I recommend looking at a very busy photo in color then turn it black and white. You’ll be surprised at how different the image really is.
