Last night was the first snow that we really had in VA. I was really happy to see it but was a little perturbed that I wasn’t able to go out and take pics because it started while I was at work. Luckily, while I was driving home, it was still snowing.
While I was stopped at this LONG light, I looked out my window to my left and saw this interesting tree. With the snow and ice carefully powdering the area, I almost saw images of faces in my mind. So, I quickly grabbed my iPhone and snapped the shot.
When I finally got home, I played around with the lighting and decided that I wanted to mirror the image because I believed there were more interesting elements about it then just a plain tree.
I’m very happy with the results and hope you enjoy what I call “Winter Cathedral!”
Great pictures. The affect you created is mesmerizing. I enjoyed them immensely, thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much! =)
